Domestic Cleaning

At Cleaning Care and Co, our primary focus is to always clean our clients home to a standard that we would like our own homes cleaned. We cater for all cleaning requirements whether its a one of clean, monthly clean, fortnightly or weekly. We understand that finding a cleaners that is the right fit can be a difficult and stressful experience. At Cleaning Care and Co we believe that each clients and their home is different and needs a tailored and individual service, for this reason we don't offer standard packages that include certain things while leaving other tasks out. Instead we charge an hourly price and clean what's important to our clients. While some clients want a frequent general clean throughout, others would like a general clean with additional deep clean tasks also, such as oven, windows, walls etc. We provide each client with the same checklist that our cleaners cross check for a general clean, if our clients request additional tasks we provide them with a rough estimate as too how long a complete clean would take.

General Cleaning Tasks

Bathrooms- mirrors streak-free, shower screens, shower tiles, shower fixtures polished, shower dry after, bath washed and dried, basin washed, basin drain/plug cleaned, basin fixtures polished. Vanity wiped. Towels and mats hung. Skirting boards/light switches/power points dusted and wiped if needed. Floor vacuumed/mopped

Toilet- toilets scrubbed, toilet seat cleaned, toilet lid, sides and behind toilet cleaned. No dust or grime left on or in toilet. Toilet roll fixture cleaned. Empty bins and replace liner. Skirtings and switches dusted and wiped if needed. Vacuum and mop.

Bedrooms- Make the bed if needed, dust/wipe all bedheads, side tables, cupboard doors, any surfaces. Mirrors. Dust window ledges and skirtings. Vacuum floors 

​

Kitchen- Benches, stove, fridge door, cupboard doors, backsplash, outside of microwave & dishwasher. Sink and taps cleaned and polished. Wash up dishes when there is 10 dishes or less. Empty bins

Lounge and dining- reset and tidy furniture, dust down furniture, dust and wipe surfaces. Dust window ledge and skirtings. Vacuum. Clean any mirrors. Dust tv & tv unit

Hallways and Entrance ways- Dust and wipe furniture, Dust and wipe skirtings, wipe doors including glass doors streak free.

Entertainment/Study areas- Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces. 

​

Laundry- Wipe surfaces, clean sink and fixtures. 

 

Entire house should be thoroughly vacuumed and mopped

Bathroom Deep Clean- 30-45 Minutes

Oven Cleaning- 60 Minutes

Windows- 10 Minutes per Window

How to get the most out of your cleaning service

​

1. Pick up all items off the floor and put away any items on bench tops. This means our cleaners spend more time cleaning your home rather than moving items around.

​

2. It can be a challenge cleaning around people, so it is best if your clean is scheduled while no-one is in the home. If clients must be home it is best if they limit themselves to one area of the home.

​

3. Please put away anything fragile or valuable. Although we take great care within your home, accidents can happen.

​
